Safety comes first

Through my 15 plus years in this field I have seen some pretty gnarly accidents, some nearly fatal and completely avoidable. Most of the people I have worked with, recently or in the past, I consider family, and I have looked most of their wives in the eye and promised to bring their men home safe.

I do not take those words lightly. 99% of a job's evaluation is the safety procedure behind it. I can't guarantee 100% safety, but I can ensure the safety of my men and those around us.
